Meet the Promoters
Vinod Manazhy
Director
Vinod Manazhy holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology (Civil Engineering) from University
of Calicut. He started his career with Federal Bank in 1994 and has over 30 years
of experience in banking and finance, with progressive growth from Assistant Manager
to Head Corporate Relationship Banking. He has worked closely with major business
houses during his banking tenure.
Currently he is also into freelancing as a financial consultant engaged in advising
clients on various financial matters including equity_debt participation, working
capital management, investments, etc. He has also been associated with automobile
dealers, educational institutions, builders, etc. and liaisons with statutory authorities
like Reserve Bank of India, Income Tax Department, SEBI, etc.
Presently he is in charge of the finance and accounts of the company.
Harish C
Director
Harish C holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology in Chemical Engineering from University
of Calicut. Having started his career with VKC Footwear, one of the leading footwear
manufacturers in India, he has over 13 years of experience in the industry. He is
an expert in the various aspects of footwear manufacturing right from planning
to execution. He has hands-on experience in the industry ranging from PU, EVA, PVC,
STUCKON footwear variants. He has strong technical knowledge relating to the industry,
lean manufacturing, replenishment mode of planning and operation, etc. As a Production
Manager in his previous company, he was extensively involved in preparing S & Op
planning, controlling and monitoring the manufacturing function of all group companies,
SAP implementation, automation projects & solution provider for various issues related
with footwear manufacturing.
At Webond, he spearheads the production activities from scratch to finish.
Shaheen P
Director
Shaheen P holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from University of Calicut and Completed
ICWAI Inter. He has over 15 years of experience in footwear & apparel industry.
He is an expert in various aspects of footwear manufacturing right from planning
to execution. He started his career at VKC Footwear, one of the leading footwear
manufacturers in India. During his tenure in his previous organization, he has handled
PU, EVA, PVC, STUCKON footwear manufacturing and was extensively involved in preparing
S& Op planning, controlling and monitoring the manufacturing function of all group
companies, SAP implementation, automation projects & solution provider for various
issues related with footwear manufacturing.
Shaheen is an expert in costing and inventory management and has good liaison with
all leading suppliers and vendors. He handles the above critical functions at Webond.
Nichu P M
Director
Nichu holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Bharathiyar University of Coimbatore
and has over 11 years of experience in footwear & apparel industry. He is an expert
in various aspects of footwear manufacturing right from planning to execution.
He started his career in Production in VKC, one of the leading footwear manufacturers
in India where he has handled PU, EVA, PVC, STUCKON footwear manufacturing. He has
got strong technical knowledge related to footwear manufacturing and was extensively
involved in preparing SOP planning, controlling and monitoring the manufacturing
function of all group companies for various issues related with footwear manufacturing.
He has hands-on experience in the entire gamut of production and supervises the
entire shop-floor activity at Webond.
